Fusion Systems Opens Tokyo Office

TOKYO February 10, 2006 -- Fusion Systems, a provider of world class systems integration consultancy and services with offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong, today announced the acquisition of MetaVector Ltd., a Tokyo technology consulting company. MetaVector will be renamed Fusion Systems Japan. "Fusion's Shanghai development capabilities will accelerate the growth of MetaVector. This acquisition will permit us to take full advantage of expanding business opportunities in both Tokyo and Shanghai. We anticipate further regional expansion." said Michael Alfant, Group President & CEO.

Leading Fusion Systems in Tokyo will be Mr. Shiro Fujita. Mr. Fujita is a financial systems industry veteran who was previously with the first Fusion Systems and companies such as Yamaichi Securities and Kambay Technology.

To support the development of Fusion Systems Japan, Mr. Fujita will be joined by Raymond Ribble and Tony Fujii both co-founders of Fusion systems and each with over 20 years of Japan experience. Once again Fusion has assembled a team of partners who bring in-depth technical experience in developing and driving businesses in Japan and around the world. These partners have all worked with Fortune 1000 companies developing solutions for some of the world's toughest technology challenges.
