Mr. Zhao is an IT expert with over 15 years of experience in large scale, mission critical applications. He has developed and managed systems solutions implemented in Asia, North America and Europe.

Prior to joining Fusion Systems, Mr. Zhao was the Global Manager for the Futures and Options R&D Group in Bloomberg LP. In this role he oversaw development teams in New York, London and Princeton and managed connectivity to all major futures exchanges around the world, including CME, CBOT, LIFFE, Paris, Eurex, Sydney, Tokyo, Osaka, and Hong Kong Futures Exchanges. During his tenure at Bloomberg, Mr. Zhao guided the conversion of the Futures and Options trading system from a free service to a commission based business, resulting in multi-million dollar revenues to the firm.

Previously, Mr. Zhao was a Senior Project Manager for the FOX Trading System at Fusion Systems Japan in Tokyo. Mr. Zhao is a native of Jiang Su, China and immigrated to Canada in the 1980's. He is multi-lingual in Chinese, English and Japanese. He performed his undergraduate studies in Computer Engineering at McGill University, Canada.
